1. Download the lastest iPhone Movie Converter.
2. If you'd like to convert DVD to iPhone, insert the DVD and load DVD by clicking "File -> Open DVD". If you want to convert AVI, MPEG, WMV, DAT, MPG files to iPhone, load video files by clicking "File -> Open Video File".
